Career Designers is a corporate group present in Europe since the year 2000 and specializing in logistics, furniture, manufacturing and metal industries. Currently, we are looking for candidates for the position:
Turner (W/M)
Location: Opole (Opole Voivodeship)
Responsibilities
- operation and control of analogue lathe (setting up the lathe for work, selection and fixing of tools, selection of chucks, fixing of workpieces)
- planning, turning, boring, threading according to technical documentation or pattern
- selection and application of suitable cutting parameters during turning (feed, speed and depth of cut)
- turning of cylindrical, conical and end faces, turning of threads, chiselling, boring, machining of small parts (elements of wagons, wheel sets)
- making workpieces, giving them the right shape, dimensions and surface finish
- checking and adjusting the course of machining and correcting errors of shape and dimensions caused by blade wear
- use of gauges and universal and special measuring tools and instruments
- checking the quality of the manufactured parts
Requirements
- experience in a similar position, experience in operating an analogue lathe
- ability to read technical drawings
- ability to measure workpieces
- ability to use measuring instruments
- communicative knowledge of one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian
We offer
- wage at level: 28,00 PLN net per hour
- employment on the basis of a contract of mandate (on average 240 hours per month)
