Currently, we are looking for candidates for the position:

CNC cutting machine operator (W/M)

Location: Zdzieszowice (opolskie voivodeship)

Responsibilities

Performing work as agreed and directed by the master/foreman
Observing health and safety rules and work instructions
Demolition of ceramic coatings inside chemical apparatus/boilers, coke oven battery mass
Filling of defects, repairing ceramic coatings by spraying heat-resistant masses
Masonry work of ceramic coatings inside chemical apparatus/boilers, coke oven battery mass
Installation/removal of ceramic struts and thermal insulation mats
Sorting and cutting of ceramic/refractory materials
Skills in lining chemical resistant tiles, applying chemical resistant masses/coatings are welcome
responsibility for quality of work performed
performing work as agreed and directed by the master/foreman
programming and operation of CNC boring machine
carrying out production orders in accordance with technical documentation
monitoring the correct operation of the machine
measuring manufactured parts
checking the quality of manufactured products
maintaining the machine tool in good working order
responsibility for the timely and correct execution of assigned tasks
taking care of the technical condition of tools and entrusted property
observing occupational health and safety rules and instructions.

Requirements

Knowledge of technical drawings and the ability to read them
Operation of spraying units for spraying heat-resistant/refractory concrete (e.g. shotcrete)
Ability to service/clean the above mentioned equipment
Working with ceramic/refractory materials
Knowledge of working with chemically resistant linings is welcome
language skills enabling communication in one of the following languages required: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian

We offer

wage at level: 28,00 PLN net per hour
employment on the basis of a contract of mandate (on average 200-220 hours per month)
