Technical Recruitment Specialist

• conducting selected recruitment processes for technical positions (welders, fitters, CNC operators, etc.)
• cooperating in recruitment teams
• sourcing candidates based on customer orders (according to job description)
• verification of technical qualifications
• analysing recruitment documents/selecting candidates/presenting recommendations
• maintaining contact (e-mail/telephone) with candidates at all stages of recruitment in accordance with company standards rekrutacji zgodnie ze standardami firmy
•  building, managing and effectively using the candidate database
• conducting market research, testing new techniques and developing recruitment methods for contacting candidates
•  working with the internal recruitment system

• experience in the metal industry
• ability to communicate in Polish, English and Russian
• technical knowledge of the positions we recruit for
• result-oriented attitude
• communicativeness and ability to cooperate with people
• good knowledge of MS Office package
• Active driving licence cat. B is welcome
