Career Designers is a corporate group present in Europe since the year 2000 and specializing in logistics, furniture, manufacturing and metal industries. We recruit specialists and unqualified personnel mainly from Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Southern and South-Eastern Asia to work in Europe. Currently, we are looking for candidates for the position:
Seamstress
Location: Kępno region (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship)
Responsibilities
- comprehensive sewing of furniture upholstery and its elements
- sewing of orders in accordance with the instructions on the basis of received sets of blanks, upholstery elements
- performing machine work: decorative stitching, overlocking, joining fabric with wadding, sewing zips, stitching, sewing elements together
- operation of sewing machine
- quality control and responsibility for execution of work
Requirements
- have experience as a seamstress (experience in the furniture industry would be an advantage)
- can read technical drawings
- have such strengths: manual skills, accuracy, conscientiousness, commitment and a result-oriented mindset, and you have no physical contraindications to the above-mentioned work
- can communicate in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian
We offer
- we offer piecework following a probationary period with remuneration based on commitment
- a probationary period of 2 months with hourly wages
- clearremuneration system
- during the probationary period: hourly rate of PLN 20,10 -22,50 net/hour
- for students under 26 years of age: PLN 24,22-26,30 net/hour
- after the probationary period: piecework remuneration + attractive bonus system
* Piecework remuneration depending only on your skills and possibilities (the number of upholstery sets sewn)
estimated monthly salary from PLN 5,000 to 8,000 net (including a maximum 20% bonus)
- during the probationary period: hourly rate of PLN 20,10 -22,50 net/hour
- employment based on a contract of mandate
- guaranteed hours – 190-240 h/month, working in 2 shifts, 9-12 hours/day, 5-6 days a week
- guaranteed accommodation (cost PLN 350/month)
- free transport to work
- we assist foreigners in legalising their stay – obtaining a residence card
- guaranteed bonus for recommending candidates for work
