Seamstress

• sewing fabric and leather covers (upholstery) for furniture
• sewing products according to work order instructions on the basis of provided patterns and upholstery elements
• decorative and overlock stitching, attaching zip fasteners, sewing elements together with a sewing machine
• operating Durkopp Adler sewing machine
• completing tasks properly in a timely manner
• carrying out quality checks and ensuring the products meet quality requirements

• at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• a vocational school or training diploma and experience as a sewing specialist in furniture industry will be an asset
• accuracy and manual skills
• ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced working environment
• language skills enabling fluent communication in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian

• wage level:
  • employees over 26: 17,50-18,50 PLN net per hour
  • employees under 26: 18,70-19,76 PLN net per hour
  • students under 26: 23,16-24,48  net per hour
• employment on the basis of a contract of mandate (on average 200-240 hours per month) 
• accommodation (cost of 300 PLN per month)
• assistance in obtaining a Polish residence card
