Currently we are recruiting for the following position in our team:
IT recruiter
Location: India, Mumbai
Type of work: remote
Responsibilities
- responsibility for the comprehensive implementation of recruitment projects in the IT area
- direct cooperation with managerial staff within the organisation, including in Poland
- cooperation with external suppliers – working with recruitment agencies and freelancers;
- preparation of candidate search strategies, use of various recruitment tools including professional portals and social media, conducting face to face and on- line interviews and recommendation of candidates;
- preparing reports and summaries of the recruitment processes conducted
- maintaining contact (email/telephone) with candidates at all stages of recruitment in accordance with company standards
- building, management and effective use of the candidate database
- conducting market research, testing new techniques and developing recruitment methods for contacting candidates
Requirements
- experience in independently managing IT recruitment projects – essential
- knowledge of English at a level which allows you to communicate freely – essential
- experience in tasks related to employer branding;
- knowledge of the local and international labour market
- very good communication skills, relationship building, professionalism
- very good organisation of own work, multitasking, dynamism;
- independence and creativity
- goal-oriented
- openness to non-standard working hours
- willingness to travel on business
