International recruitment manager

Where will you work? Mumbai or New Delhi

Responsibilities

you will independently execute mass recruitment processes and manage an office in India,
seek, build and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and clients,
liaise with recruitment agencies and freelancers
you will have the opportunity to develop your network of intermediaries by visiting other countries and seeking Partners both in India and other parts of Asia
you will prepare visa documents for the Consul
prepare recruitment strategies
work with internal recruitment systems

Requirements

you speak English well enough to communicate freely
you want to explore the world – you are ready for frequent business trips around the country and to Europe
you are experienced in managing large-scale recruitment projects yourself
you are familiar with management functions
you have knowledge of the local and international labour market
you are familiar with the visa process and are able to prepare documents for the Consul
you have very good communication and relationship building skills
and professionalism is your middle name
you have good time management skills, you are not afraid of multitasking, you love the dynamics of action
and achieving your objectives will only motivate you further

Welcomed:

experience in an employment agency in Asia or Europe
knowledge of basic accounting
