Caregiver for indian workers
Where will you work? In Opole
Responsibilities
- you will verify the welding skills of candidates who come to Poland to work
- you will introduce new employees and take part in their employment
- you will assist in solving problems of employees from India
- you will plan work, manage absenteeism and employee turnover
- you will account for working time and calculate bonuses
- report to the management and create statements
- control the accommodation of employees
- take care of social issues of employees

Requirements
- you know the following languages: Polish- enabling simple communication, English, Hindi
- You have experience as a welder or know welding techniques
- you are able to reach new solutions and take the initiative
- you have a project-based approach to planned tasks
- you are committed to your work and take responsibility for achieving the set goals
- you are no stranger to communication and ability to work with people
- you know MS Office well
- you have no problem with driving and are ready for frequent business trips
